Toothbrush Holder and Soap Dish Set - Wednesdays, May 7 & 21, 6 – 8 PM
Get your hands muddy this Spring!
Join us in the barn this May to create your own toothbrush holder and matching soap dish—the perfect handmade touch for your bathroom or a thoughtful gift. The toothbrush holder is a small cup with a lid with holes in it and there are a few style options for making the soap dish.
Join us for wee 1 where you will be given everything you need to complete your set - all template designs, materials and instructions. Two weeks later after they have dried and been bisque fired you come back and glaze both pieces. At the end of the month we have a “pick up party” and all students come to pick up their pieces at the same time. This means you can show off your own piece but also learn from other student’s experiences.
There are a wide variety of things to use to make texture if you desire but please feel free to bring your own found objects as well. Examples: flowers, leaves, shapes, buttons, anything special to you (be mindful that it will get muddy though).
Come dressed for a mess and anticipate a fantastic time! Bring your bestie and make a fun memory together or come and meet some new friends - all are welcome, no experience required to make a fantastic set.
Classes will be held in The Old Barn On Ann Street, 15 Ann Street (by the old well) and are 2 hours in length.
